1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bjl baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the bjl baji online betting and casino platform, accessible at bjl-baji.com and its associated mobile web interfaces.

By creating an account on bjl baji, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you disagree with any provision set out herein, your sole recourse is to cease using the platform and to request account closure in writing to [email protected].

These Terms are supplemented by the bjl baji Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and those supplementary documents, these Terms shall prevail except where the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy expressly governs a specific matter.

bjl baji reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, revise, supplement, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice, except where otherwise required. An updated version of the Terms will be published on the bjl baji platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

These Terms are written in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative and controlling version in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

bjl baji is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to, registration with, and use of any feature of the bjl baji platform is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

bjl baji employs age verification procedures as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. These procedures may include, but are not limited to, the submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Accounts that have not completed age verification may have deposit, withdrawal, and wagering limits applied until verification is finalised.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately without notice. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method to the extent technically possible, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited in full. bjl baji assumes no liability for losses incurred by underage persons who have misrepresented their age.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also confirm that:

• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of another person;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bjl baji or any of its technology or payment partners in a role that could create a conflict of interest;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bjl baji platform and are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of bjl baji services, including sports betting, live casino, and slots, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. Provision of false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is entitled to maintain exactly one active bjl baji account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or same payment wallet — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bjl baji reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that player, withhold any promotional bonuses claimed across those accounts, and, where evidence of deliberate fraud exists, forfeit the entire account balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bjl baji login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bjl baji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and selecting a unique password not used on other platforms. You agree to notify bjl baji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bjl baji will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bjl baji may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Requested documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), birth certificate, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. KYC procedures exist to protect players and to maintain the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bjl baji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on current technical conditions. bjl baji reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the bjl baji cashier page and are subject to change. As a general guideline, the minimum single deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500, though these figures may differ based on the selected payment method and the player's account tier. Players with pending KYC verification may have reduced transaction limits until verification is complete.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the bjl baji wallet within three (3) minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the participating bank. bjl baji is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network congestion, or Bangladesh bank processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the bjl baji payments team. Standard withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days. Withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification checks prior to processing. bjl baji reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violation.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. bjl baji will not process withdrawals to a payment method other than the one used for the original deposit where technically possible, as a measure against money laundering. Any attempt to use the bjl baji platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and will result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of account balances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

bjl baji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside the promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before opting in.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the player must complete the applicable wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted). Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards requirements, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk staking patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Where bjl baji determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, the platform reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any pending withdrawal.

5.4 Promotion Amendments

bjl baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. In the event that a bonus offer is withdrawn after a player has already opted in but before the wagering requirements have been completed, bjl baji will honour the bonus at the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bjl baji, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, legal action:

• Match Fixing and Corruption: Using insider information or participating in any scheme to fix the outcome of a sporting event on which bets have been placed on the bjl baji platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, tournament, or betting market.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment credentials, fabricated identity documents, or any other fraudulent means to fund or operate an account.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on bjl baji.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, impersonating another person, or operating an account on behalf of a third party without explicit authorisation.
• Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing communications directed at bjl baji staff or other players via any channel including customer support.

bjl baji employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Players found in breach of these obligations will be dealt with in accordance with Section 7 (Account Suspension & Closure) of these Terms.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension

bjl baji may temporarily suspend a player account without prior notice where: (a) unusual or suspicious activity is detected; (b) KYC verification documents are outstanding and a withdrawal has been requested; (c) a payment dispute or chargeback is under investigation; or (d) the account is flagged by our fraud detection systems for further review. During a suspension period, the player will typically not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. bjl baji will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeline to the affected player as promptly as practicable.

7.2 Permanent Closure by bjl baji

bjl baji reserves the right to permanently close an account and forfeit the account balance where a player has been found to have: (a) provided false identity or age information during registration; (b) operated multiple accounts in breach of the one-account-per-player rule; (c) engaged in bonus abuse, match fixing, collusion, or fraudulent activity; (d) initiated illegitimate chargebacks; or (e) otherwise materially breached these Terms. Permanent closure decisions will be communicated in writing to the email or mobile number on the account.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bjl baji account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's primary deposit method subject to identity verification. Accounts closed voluntarily for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are governed by the Responsible Gaming Policy.

8. Responsible Gaming

bjl baji is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the platform. We provide a range of player-protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. bjl baji will not permit a player who has self-excluded from the platform to reopen their account before the self-exclusion period has elapsed. Any player who has self-excluded and subsequently attempts to open a new account will have that account closed immediately upon identification.
